We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a two-bedroom studio apartment upon check-in, and the hotel's central location in Jackson was convenient for exploring the area; Poor Calzon Beach was also just 3 miles away.

Appreciated our 5 nights here. The rooms were air-conditioned with 2 bedrooms, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Climate control, an individual safe, and flat-screen television were provided. This location was particularly good, very close to the center of Coco where alot of young kids hang out at night, the beach and beautiful Costa Rica.

The staff was exceptional and amicable. the studio apartment with 2 bedrooms and facilities suited our needs. - the inclusion of a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets was a plus. - the location was particularly good, being a moderate distance from Hard Rock Cafe Guanacaste.

The location was great, close to the beach but away from the busy strip, and the staff, especially Sussy at the front desk, were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.
